The autism spectrum is a unique condition that many suffer from, sometimes mixed with mental health features. It can be challenging to advocate and find the appropriate support. We recognize the need for a hub that can provide guidance and navigation towards resources and services that many in the community struggle to be connected with. Out of lived experience and compassion for these disabilities this organization came into existence. We can help you and your loved ones get connected to the support that is desperately needed. We work hard to provide the answers that seem to be the most difficult to find.
The Care Navigator Network is a support system designed to assist individuals, families and the community in navigating the often-complex landscape of healthcare, social services, and community resources. Our program aims to provide personalized guidance, advocacy, and access to essential services, ensuring that each participant receives the care and support they need to achieve optimal well-being.
Our mission is to empower families, individuals, and community members with information, resources, and training designed to create meaningful connections to essential services for those affected by autism spectrum disorder with or without mental health features.
Through our dedicated approach, we strive to offer resources and care solutions tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual. Care Navigator Network is available to assist in identifying immediate and ongoing needs and developing a path forward. We are committed to reducing barriers, enhancing access, and giving support through the care journey by providing clear, compassionate, and coordinated guidance.
